Curb the Craving Chocolate Dip

Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up all sweets and treats, you just need to adjust how you approach those treats!  I had a big craving for chocolate the other day but I needed more protein, not more sugar that day and this chocolate fruit dip really hit the spot. You could also bring this along to any holiday party and know you've got a tasty, healthy dessert option.

Ingredients:
Chobani Greek Yogurt Fat Free (6oz container)
1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I use Silk brand)
1/2 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Supreme Casein Powder
1tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2tbsp honey
1/2tsp Konjac Glucomannan Powder

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender and hit start! It's that simple. Pour the mixture into a bowl (or in my case, I put it right back into the Chobani yogurt container to save on dishes!) and enjoy.  Dip bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, apples, any fruit into these chocolate-y treat.  I particularly love frozen strawberries for this dip. (Dipping fruits are not included in nutritional info)
