- 1 1/2 cups chickpeas or white beans (1 can, drained) (250g)
- 1/8 tsp plus 1/16 tsp salt
- tiny bit over 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 3tbsp honey and 2 pack of Truvia
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2 to 3 tbsp oats
Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a good food processor (not blender), and blend until very smooth. Then mix in the chocolate chips.

We just got a Trader Joe's in Houston and my husband got a jar of the Cookie Butter, which on top of being pretty darn unhealthy (and addictive!), also lists wheat as the second ingredient (which I am avoiding currently). This cookie dough dip completely hit the spot and left me feeling completely satisfied without remotely derailing my healthy eating!
