Power Packed Hot Cocoa

As usual, I was craving something sweet after dinner but my husband and I are committed to the bodybuilding.com 100K Transformation contest and there isn't much wiggle room for desserts!  I also knew I needed a little extra protein for the day.  Enter Power Packed Hot Cocoa - a good hit of calcium, protein, and healthy fats with enough sweetness to cure any sweet tooth!  Below are two version, one is the regular version and the second is the Double Chocolate version in case you're a severe chocoholic like me!

Power Packed Hot Cocoa:
1/2 scoop Chocoalte Casein protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition)
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (I used Silk)
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (I used So Organics)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 pack (or to your taste) Truvia

Whisk all ingredients together until all the powders are incorporated and no lumps remain.  Heat slowly in a heavy pan over medium heat until it's the temperature you desire.

Double Chocolate Power Packed Hot Cocoa:
2/3 scoop Chocolate Casein protein powder
1 cup Chcoolate Almond Milk
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 pack (or to your taset) Truvia

Same directions as before!
