If you're feeling like you aren't as motivated to hit the gym or eat healthy or whatever your goal is, this is a great article to remind you that you determine your successes.

How do you stay motivated and disciplined - not just in terms of health goals but with any of your goals?  What practices do you use in other areas of your life that might help you in improving your health?

I personally really like Joel Runyon's approach which focuses on discipline and self-responsibility.  He's very clear that you decide what you do and do not do and as much as you may want to think your excuses are different or special...they aren't! So go do it!
