Happy Valentine's Day!




Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! 



Valentine's Day often stresses people out.  There is pressure to buy gifts after you just spoiled everyone at Christmas (we don't do gifts for Valentine's day).  There's pressure to have some great date or go to some fancy dinner.  If you're coupled up, you wonder what your other half expects.  If you're single, you feel like everyone is constantly reminding you how in love they are. And after all, it's just a Hallmark holiday anyway!  So, after so much negativity this week and self-criticism, let's take Valentine's Day as a reminder to love ourselves, and our bodies and use that, not self-hate, to motivate our healthy goals!  I hope you're having a wonderful day full of love - love for family, for friends, for significant others, for each other and perhaps most importantly, for yourself!
