Power Mocha Frappucino

Still indulging in high sugar, high fat, low protein fraps?  I love my coffee as much as the next person and on a hot summer day (or even a not so hot spring day), who doesn't love a nice blended ice coffee? But the typical fare offered in coffee houses tend to be packed with sugar and fat, and not much else.  Here's an easy at home version you can make that will fuel your muscles with quality protein and your bones with calcium!

Power Mocha Frappucino:
1 scoop quality Protein Powder (I used 1/2 scoop Vanilla IsoPure and 1/2 scoop Chocolate Casein
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 shots of espresso (you could use instant coffee here as well)
1/2tsp Glucomannan Powder (added fiber and thickens the beverage!)
Ice cubes
Water (as needed to blend)

Blend all ingredients until they well combined and frothy - the longer you blend, the more air gets in and the more "milkshake" consistency you'll have!
