Friday Fun!

It's Cinco de Mayo this weekend and some margaritas and Mexican food are in order! But since these aren't always the lowest calorie food and drink choices (😳), I'll be burning some extra calories with cardio and weights this weekend to offset the tasty treats.

Reminder to everyone, me included: this is a lifestyle, a marathon. It's not what you do one day or one meal that determines how you look and feel, it's what you do day in and day out. It's what you're consistent about.

Have fun this weekend. Get some exercise. Try something new. Spend time with friends and family.
