Motivated Mondays - Slow and steady wins the race?

Ever have that feeling where you're working out hard, you're eating right, you're not drinking tons of alcohol, you're getting rest and yet, you feel like you're barely making progress on your fit body?  Slow progress is still progress.  Never forget that.  In fact, with weight loss, it's the best kind of progress; the kind that sticks with you for a lifetime.  Who hasn't done the crash diet, lose a bunch of weight, feel good, eat normally again, get fat, get fatter and repeat?  Who hasn't felt like quitting when you lose .01 of a pound on week? or you lose nothing? or you gain a little? Slow and steady really does when the race.  It's hard to stay focused when you're not seeing a ton of results but I truly believe the moment you want to quit most, is the moment you're about to make a major breakthrough.  Keep going, don't stop.

How do you stay motivated when you're not seeing the results you want? What's your definition of progress?
