How's everyone doing today? I had a great workout yesterday and Monday and am gearing up to head out to hit Chest and Tris in a few moments.
I realized that my month of no tracking is almost up and to be honest, I can not wait to start tracking again! Aside from my excitement over introducing If It Fits Your Macros (IIFYM) into my way of eating, I really can't wait to be able to see how much protein, fat and carbs I am taking in daily. I find fine tuning my diet for increased fat burning, muscle building and increased energy next to impossible when I can't visually see what I've eaten each day. I thought I would enjoy the break from writing it all down...I don't!
