Remembrance Day

Today as you go out in the world, take a moment to be grateful to the men and women who fought and continue to fight for our freedom. 

It's Remembrance Day in Canada and Veterans Day in the US. I've been fortunate enough to live in both counties and am so thankful to the armed forces that have kept both these countries strong and free. To be able to live somewhere where I am able to spend my time writing about health and fitness is a tribute to how lucky we are here. Lets be honest, fat loss and weight training are definitely #firstworldproblems. 

So go out there today and be grateful. Thank a veteran. Take a few minutes to remember those who died fighting for us. Be thankful for all you have. Wear your poppy today and honor those no longer here. 

Thank you to all our armed forces, today and from wars past, in Canada, the US and around the world.
