Motivated Mondays - The Best at Exercising


So a year or so back my husband showed me this video. I find it hilarious. My husband is all about sports - loves to play basketball and while he does hit the gym and lift weights, he does that mainly to further his basketball skills. I, on the other hand, am actually trying to be the best at exercising. I mean, isn't that what fitness competitions are? A bunch of people trying to be really good at exercising.

So this week, Peak Week, I'll be reminding myself of my goal - to be the best at exercising! Truthfully, this week is actually much less active than other weeks but involves a lot more bland food, a drug test, tanning, and having my hair put in rollers. Oh and more posing practice - you can't practice too much!

So next time you don't feel like working out, ask yourself this: Do I want to be the best at exercising? Of course you do!
