That's something I'm very thankful for, my wonderful husband who cooks with me, makes me laugh all the time, supports and believes in me and makes me feel so loved. I'm also thankful that we can afford to make a meal like this - never take for granted the ability to provide for yourself and pay bills. There are many less fortunate. I'm thankful for my family and extended family, and my friends.
And on a fitness note, I'm thankful for achieving my goal of competing this year and the people that came into my life as a result of this goal. I'm thankful I have a plan for competing going forward.
Take a moment to be grateful and thankful for what you have.
It's getting to be Holiday Help time again so stay tuned for great tips for not just surviving but thriving this holiday season.
