What am I thankful for?




This year I am thankful for so much! To name just a few things:
1) My wonderful husband
2) My immediate and extended family
3) Reaching my goal of competing and having my family's support as I get ready to compete again
4) My wonderful friends
5) My brand new baby niece and the amazingness of my sister for handling such a difficult pregnancy with incredible grace
6) The food on our table and the ability to travel to see family this year
7) My health
8) and so much more!

I try to take a little time every day to experience gratitude for my life and all the people in it. I live a very blessed life and I believe if you take a little time to be grateful every day, you find more and more things to be grateful for. This year, be grateful for what you have, work hard for what you want and break a sweat every now and then!
